2. Send the watch back to the merchant: send the watch back to the merchant via insured shipping with its original packaging. We recommend that tampering with any component can lead to the denial of the return. In case of return, shipping costs will be at your expense.

3. We refund you the full amount: we will refund you immediately and without complications the amount paid into our escrow account.
