The data provided to us or acquired through the Platform during your use of the services will be processed in accordance with applicable privacy and data protection legislation.

Browsing the Platform is free, whereas using its services is reserved for registered users. Service usage is governed by the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
We may collect and process your personal data for the purposes and legal bases outlined below (sections A, B, C, D).
From the moment you access the Platform, based on contractual obligations and pre-contractual measures, we process your data to:
allow you to browse and use services on the Platform;
manage your registration request to create and manage your User Account;
enable order submission for purchasing products and services on the Platform;
manage the sales process for Clockface services pursuant to our GTC;
process payments for products and services you purchase;
handle support requests or complaints regarding purchased products/services;
enable participation in Live Streams organized by sellers or professionals collaborating with Clockface.
Please note that processing conducted on third-party sites or video call platforms remains under the control of those third parties. Please review their privacy notices.
Clockface is not responsible for data processing performed directly by independent sellers.
Based on legal obligations, we may process personal data to:
comply with statutory obligations or competent authority orders;
respond to competent authority requests for crime prevention or liability assessment;
fulfill accounting, tax, and administrative requirements.
Based on our legitimate interest in improving and securing the Platform, we process data to:
prevent fraudulent activities on the Platform;
establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights in court or pre-litigation;
improve services offered through the Platform.
Subject to your specific consent, we process data to send informative and promotional newsletters regarding products, services, and platform updates.
When using the Platform or purchasing products, we may collect:
identification data (name, surname, date and place of birth, gender);
contact data (email, phone, residential/shipping address);
technical and navigation data (IP address, URI/URL addresses, browser parameters). For cookie details, please consult our Cookie Policy.
Providing data is optional, but refusal may prevent completing registration or purchasing products on the Platform.
Withdrawing newsletter consent carries no negative consequences for browsing or purchasing.
We may communicate your data to:
sellers offering products on the Platform (solely data necessary to fulfill orders);
couriers and carriers handling product deliveries;
professionals organizing live streaming sessions;
IT hosting, maintenance, and system providers acting as data processors;
legal consultants and professional advisers for rights defense;
judicial and public security authorities where mandated by law.

Data is stored on servers located in Italy through our hosting provider Netsons.
Any extra-EU transfers comply with Arts. 44 et seq. GDPR, based on European Commission adequacy decisions (Art. 45) or Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46).

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for the stated purposes and statutory limits:
invoices and accounting documents: 10 years;
navigation data: maximum of 6 days;
deletion requests: data may be retained in protected format for up to 12 months for judicial purposes where required by law;
newsletter data: processed until consent revocation, or up to 12 months from registration.
Upon retention expiry, data is permanently erased or irreversibly anonymized.
For professionals or companies selling on the Platform, we collect corporate data, product provenance statements, billing, and payment records.
Processing is conducted on contractual and legal bases to manage seller relationships, prevent fraud, and comply with marketplace regulations.
Seller records are retained for 10 years after termination of the contractual relationship.
Under Arts. 15-22 GDPR, you have the right to:
Right of access: confirm whether your data is processed and obtain a copy;
Right of rectification: correct inaccurate data or complete incomplete data;
Right of erasure ('to be forgotten'): request data deletion where grounds apply;
Right of restriction: limit processing under statutory circumstances;
Right to data portability: receive data in structured, machine-readable format;
Right to withdraw consent: revoke consent at any time without affecting past lawful processing;
Right to lodge a complaint with the Supervisory Authority (Italian Garante Privacy: www.garanteprivacy.it).

The Platform may contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for third-party privacy practices.
Clocklive uses YouTube API Services. By using this service, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy for service or legal updates. Updates will be published on the Platform with email notification where appropriate.
If you do not accept amendments, you may exercise your rights within 7 days of notice.
